Farmville San Fabian – Agri-Tourism Spot In Pangasinan

If you’re like Bilbo Baggins, who is always, always, always, up for an adventure, you’ll definitely love this new Hobbit-inspired tourist destination in San Fabian, Pangasinan! The colorful attraction is settled right in the middle of the farmlands and heavily resembles Bilbo Baggins’ Hobbit House–from the exteriors, even to the little details inside.

Hobbit Farmville, as it is called by its owners, is one of the newest eco-tourist attractions in Lipit-Tomeeng, San Fabian. The tiny hobbit house is only a small part of the enormous farmland owned by husband-and-wife tandem Marcel and Genelyn Mendoza. It is expected that the area will include more attractions and amenities in the years to come. But for now, we’ll talk about what Farmville can offer to us now.

  • Kids (3 to 12 years old) – Php 60.00
  • Adults (13 years old and above) – Php 100.00

Getting to San Fabian, Pangasinan

To get to San Fabian, you can take a bus bound for the area. Cisco is one of the few bus liners that have routes directly to San Fabian. The fare from Pasay to San Fabian and vice versa is Php 440.00. The travel time to and fro each terminal would be around 4 hours.

The hobbit house, although it is obviously the main attraction of the area, only occupies little space in the farmland. This means that there is a lot of ground to cover and explore. Visitors can also visit and help the farmers during harvest season, and even bring home some of the produce for a small price!
